DESIGNING PROCESS



Designing & layout projects usually takes an approximate of 5 to 10 working days or less. It will always depend on the availability of the client and my schedule. Constant communication is always the key in making sure that we are able to meet our goals.


1. CONSULTATION & BRAINSTORMING

Consultation: In this initial step, we will talk about your business. You will share with me your company's goals and visions for me to understand what your company is all about. This will help me to develop the kind of branding and design we will be making for your company or the project you need. This will give us the chance to know each other and help decide if we meet our goals. First consultation will be through chat.

Brainstorming: After the consultation, we will be dealing with all the details you will require for your business. I would be hoping that you already have an idea as to how you want your page or your project to look like, if not yet, you don't have to worry as I can help you with ideas. After this, you will be asked for the payment. Details will be provided through personal message.


2. PROJECT DEVELOPMENT & DRAFTING

We will be going through some process to reach the project goal. This would include (but not limited to) answering some questionnaire, creating a Pinterest board, interviews, and the like. This will help me to create the design and layout for you. This is where I will be creating the color palette and inspiration. Communication will always take an important part in this step. Your approval in every outcome is a must. This is to make sure that we are heading towards the same goal. After reviewing the draft board and giving me the "GO" signal to start, I will start the layout and design.

FOR FACEBOOK BRANDING:
You will be providing the details that will be put in your page. (e.g. About us, FAQ, etc.) Please take note that this is still in the drafting phase, meaning, your official business page won’t be changed yet. But a dummy page will be shared with you so you can see how your page will look like.

FOR OTHER LAYOUT & DESIGN SERVICES:
I will be sending variations of the agreed layout/design.


Revisions will be allowed as long as it is minimal and doesn't generally change the whole look of the agreed design and content. Once the mock layout is finished, it will be ready for launching/submission.


3. LAUNCHING / SUBMISSION 


FOR FACEBOOK BRANDING:
Once the drafts are approved, changes will be applied on your official business page. This will take an approximate of 1-2 days or less depending on the content of your business.

FOR OTHER LAYOUT & DESIGN SERVICES:
Upon approval of the draft design/s, I will be sending the agreed files.

After your Facebook Page has been launched successfully, or the submission of the final files for your specific project, you may contact me for any questions & minimal revisions. This will be allowed for only a week, after that point, any concerns and revisions with the designs will be billed separately.





TERMS, CONDITIONS & SCOPE OF SERVICE


1. SERVICE // Service refers to the work I provide. Specifically designing and creating layouts. I only provide layout and designing service. I do not produce any material or actual product of the layouts that I design. Meaning, you will NOT be receiving any actual item from me. I will only be sending you all the files and images of the layouts I created to your email.

2. PACKAGES // Packages are sets of  layouts created intended to be sold as one. Different packages are created to provide options to clients. The packages I created are not limited to what I can offer, if you would like to have your own customized layout, please do not hesitate to send me a message. 

3. RATES // Rates are amounts to be charged for the service. The rates or fees for my service varies per project. It is always subject to change depending how complicated a specific layout is going to be. The rates provide are only the minimum fee for my service. This will be discussed upon consultation.
4. REVISIONS // Revisions are requests to change something on the layout or designs I created. Revisions are allowed without any charge if I am still working on the project and are minimal. No drastic change will be allowed for revisions. Separate fee will apply. Revisions are free of charge after completion of the service and submission of the files to the client, within a 7 days or 1 week as long as the changes are very minimal. After the said period, if the client wishes to change anything on the design or the project, it will be charged separately. Changes that are far different from the agreed design/s is/are charged differently as well.

5. RETURNS // Returns of finished projects are not allowed. Because of the nature of what I offer, I do not offer any returns, refunds or exchanges of the projects or files I create.

6. RIGHTS // I reserve and hold all the rights, may it be intellectual and/or copyright, to all the designs and layout I created. Including those that are declined or unapproved of the client. Excluding the designs approved and paid for by the user that agreed with the project.





POLICIES FOR PRINTABLE PRODUCTS


YOU MAY:
✅ Use my printables for personal use ONLY
✅ Print them as many times as you like

YOU MAY NOT:
❎ Sell or distribute any of my works
❎ Commercially use them
❎ Claim as your own
❎ Make any form of profit out of my printables
1. All of the items I sell are digital products. And because of its nature, it cannot be returned. Therefore, I can't offer a refund.

2. You may print the files as many times as you like but, please do not use my products to gain profit in any way. Don't claim it as your own either.

3. Actual color may vary depending on the settings and resolution of your printer or screen.

4. If you want to make any changes on my printable products, just let me know or you may request for a customized item(with a little charge).

5. My planners are all in PDF form. You will need a PDF Reader to open the file/s you will be downloading.

6. Otherwise, you won't be able to open the file/s. If you don't have a PDF reader at home, I recommend Adobe PDF Reader.
